Acceptable use policy

1. Use content that you can lawfully process

You must own your content or have permission to use it with an AI image service. Get permission from people shown in an image. Respect copyright, trademark, design, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, and other rights. Do not remove ownership or source information to hide infringement.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use Minilab to create, upload, request, or share:

• Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving a minor, or any grooming, exploitation, or sexualization of a minor.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual extortion, or sexual content that uses a real person's likeness without permission.
• Content that facilitates violence, terrorism, human trafficking, illegal weapons, illegal drugs, or another serious crime.
• Credible threats, targeted harassment, stalking, hateful abuse, or content intended to expose a person to harm.
• Fraud, impersonation, deceptive endorsements, forged evidence, or a false claim that AI-generated content is an authentic event or record.
• Malware, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, or instructions to compromise a system or account.
• Personal data obtained unlawfully, passwords, payment card numbers, government identity documents, medical records, or other sensitive data that is not needed for the service.
• Content or conduct that infringes another person's rights or breaks an applicable law, court order, sanction, or export restriction.

3. Service integrity

You must not:

• Bypass credits, plan limits, access controls, rate limits, or provider safety measures.
• Use bots or automated requests unless Minilab gives written permission.
• Scrape the service, probe for vulnerabilities, test security controls, or access another user's content without written permission.
• Interfere with the service, overload systems, distribute malicious code, or use an account obtained through theft or deception.
• Resell account access, transfer credits, or create accounts to avoid a restriction or suspension.

4. AI transparency and human review

Review output before you use it. Disclose that content was generated or edited by AI when the law requires disclosure or when omission could mislead a reasonable person. Do not use output as proof of a real person, object, place, or event. Keep any label or machine-readable marker that the AI provider adds when removal would break the law.

5. Enforcement

We can block a request, remove content, restrict a feature, suspend an account, preserve relevant records, or report conduct to an authority when reasonably needed to enforce this policy, protect a person, or comply with law. We consider context, severity, history, and the risk of harm. Where practical and lawful, we will explain a restriction and give you a way to appeal.

6. Report a concern

Use the contact details in the legal notice to report unlawful or harmful content, an intellectual property concern, or suspected abuse. Identify the content or account, explain the concern, and give contact information for follow-up. Do not submit a false report.
